Medical Office Appointment Scheduling is included freely in Medical Management Software to create and track upcoming patient appointments. EzMedPro shows the appointments in different colors:- Green for Confirmed appointements
- Red for Provider Not Available
- Yellow for called to confirm
- Marron for No Show
- Grey for canceled
Electronic Medical Records
Electronic Medical Records also known as EMR, is a software solution that manages the clinical, financial and administrative functions of a healthcare organization. EzMedPro integrates the billing, patient check in/out, submit claims to insurance, assist the clinician in decision making through treatment plan recommendations and generate reports
Insurance Claims and Statements
After each patient visit, the charges are entered for each procedure performed on the patient. These charges are identified by CPT (Current Procedural terminology) or HCPCS (healthcare Procedure Coding Systems). For Each procedure one or more ICD (International Classification of Deseases) diagnosis are also entered. If patient carries insurance, CMS-1500 form can be printed and sent out to the insurance company. EzMedPro also provides an integrated function to send the claim electronically. If the patient does not have an insurance or the insurance does not covers the full visit charge, a statement can be printed and sent to the patient.
